Dropped M off at the physio. The hard work starts here.
There wasn’t really enough time to make it worth going home so instead I sat on the edge of Bruntsfield Links and read my book as the sun started to set.

In other news, so pleased for Tom Daley. I can’t imagine how hard it is being in the public glare from such a young age. The media (both formal and social) can be - and have been - brutal. To win in such style must feel extra special.
