100 Miles In August (160km)

Next Sunday will be Day 1 of the 100 Miles In August (160km) Challenge, I'll be walking, some days my walk will be done after a full day in the office, thank goodness for the bright evenings!

My t-shirt has arrived and it's time to work out my walking plan, in February it was tough going as we only had 28 days to do it, at least in August there's 31!
