Numbers

This foxglove has 14 flower spikes on the same plant. I haven't come across one like it before.

This morning we had a little rain - 2.6mm according to a neighbour who records these things meticulously.

J and I drove a 56 mile round trip to visit L in her care home. She used to be 2 minutes round the corner and I'd pop in several times a day. Peace of mind now, though. She is settled and safe and, I think, happy.

On the whole I'm not a numbers person.
