Sweet Pea

The day started well with a change of towels and bedding, out on the line and dried.  A bit of gardening.  Well I say a bit but I did fill the big wheelbarrow.

At lunchtime my crockery delivery from John Lewis arrived by Hermes.  Unfortunately, not only had it been badly packed but the courier intimated that it might have fallen over in the van, not helped by the rattle of broken porcelain.

Seven items were broken (see extra) so I have had to trundle over to JL in MK to get the pieces replaced.  They were very good and no quibbling.  Still it was an outing I could have done without.

On the bright side, I left my car out and JJ has washed it.
