One pot pork with orange, olives and bay

Well there's some reason for optimism on the house front. The buyer still wants to proceed but just wants a couple of reassurances before he finally commits. I should get a final decision in a few days then it'll be all systems go packing up and moving to a rented house for 6 months. For those of you crossing fingers, thankyou, and please just a little longer then i'll let you get your circulation back!!
Anyway, i managed about 2 hours sleep after my night, but i've busied myself in the kitchen to rustle up this hotpot, and i've also had another go at a foccacia filled with sundried tomatoes and rosemary which is smelling good. The wine is poured so i'm off to have a feast and i'll catch up soon. :-)
