Up at Kinder Scout

Fantastic day visiting my old uni friend S - met up at Chesterfield then drove up to Edale. Very busy up there, big group of interesting walkers of all ages and mixed abilities that we kept bumping into - did the kinder Scout route, met a lady on the way up who was 83 and was there on the anniversary of her husbands passing - she comes very year as that's where the ashes are laid - amazing woman

Going up no problem coming down more of a challenge, sticks came in handy, well deserved drink at the end 

Caught up with the kids for a pub meal before leaving
