I was up earlier than Pose this morning so I watched a couple of hours of the Olympics. When she was up we had coffees and headed to Asda to buy some supplies for our trip.

She was meeting her friends for lunch so I walked her to Wapping Wharf then I came home via East Street. Spent the afternoon packing and cooking.

This evening was lovely so we went for a drink at the Vic, then home for dinner. There were so many hot air balloons overhead when we were at the pub.
