Playground Time!

The world is our playground and I really do love my playground on the hills reached by two wheels or two feet. Hardly anybody to be seen on my ride today which unusually applies to those in cars, as well as those walking or cycling. It really did feel like I had the open road to myself; I could just pedal and soak up the outdoor goodness.

I've watched some clips back of Simone in the qualifying round artistic gymnastics competition at the Olympics. Her leotard is beautiful, the detail of the sparkly stars is incredible!
The USA team finished second behind Russia, but Simone has still made it through to all five individual finals. However, the news is reporting she is less than perfect this Olympics as she received some deductions for some of her landings when tumbling on the floor and off the beam. She just has so much power!! It's a harsh world, professional sport..!
