Hot Route

Caught the bus-bus to West Linton and then ran north over the summits back to Edinburgh. It was a bit too hot on this haute route.

This is the view from The Mount overlooking North Esk reservoir towards the more familiar Pentland peaks, Allermuir in the far distance on the left marked where I’d start descending to the city.
