Another dog blip!

Took quite a few photographs from the top of a carpark today. Everything looked great against a clear, blue sky, even the CCTV cameras. I couldn't decide which blip I wanted to use. This one just looked odd and colourful, surrounded by roof tops and chimneys but I've cropped it quite a bit. I think it makes it a stronger image.
