A different day

For a change, we had a dry day with no rain. 
We went for a drive to GinGin, driving though the countryside was such a nice change. Two Mallards came waddling up to our picnic bench in the park, such curious ducks, they hung round for quite a while, the board walk through the swamp there was closed due to repair, probably soaked with all  the rain!
Nice to hear the birds twittering, they too enjoyed the break in the weather, we haven't seen much wattle around this year, its almost gone now, but there was a nice display from the bush in the park.
What a nice day, we don't take it for granted, with more rain on its way.
