Bed bound

I've been bed bound all day after a terrible night. I've got headaches, aches and shakes, and quite frightening. I feel really rough!

Only good news though was the arrival of my tickets for the RHS Show in Cardiff in April.

Should have been to the Pipe Up for Prostate Cancer gig tonight in Cardiff, gutted! You can see more here and also make a donation to help beat Prostate Cancer.
