Dynamo driven headlight was deployed on the return. After trying to sort the light on previous days, eventually resorting to replacing it. New one is quite a bit brighter and has a broader beam, though, to avoid the mudguard, the temporary mounting is a bit wobbly. Will dissect the old light later.
In the village close to home, some traffic control measures were undertaken, until the large Hedgehog had safely left the road. There was passing approval and laughter from the occupants of the diverted vehicles, but not from the Hog.
