Familiar Birch Tree

Beside our Tamworth house, on a perfect summer day.   A blip three years ago is here.  

Today we interred my brother Bill's ashes in the Tamworth cemetery (opposite Ordination Rock), as he wished. (He died in December). My cousin Bill Rich led the  brief ceremony (he is a Catholic deacon). My three sons were among those attending; they had arrived late yesterday.  It was comforting to have them there.
