Rain?

Woke just after 5:30am ……. by thunder rumbling. (Those that know me know that I could sleep through a brass band playing at a noisy party.). Rain had been predicted, but apart from 5-10 mins spurts of heavy rain for around 30 mins, that was it! Cooler the rest of the day, sun made an appearance but not until 4pm :)

Watched the Olympics this afternoon, hubby had a snooze :)

Sky have competitions regularly and hubby always enter them - we’ve won some books, tickets for drive-in cinema (twice) and this time we won tickets to the Secret World of Plants After Hours at Kew Gardens. :)
