I will never work a clinical ward shift again.

On the up, in the the six hours I worked, I got to:
Resuscitate a patient.
Be spit on and sworn at by a relative.
Site a bladder catheter for someone.
Administer naloxone for the right reason.
Help 6 folk with their personal care.
Complete 2 drug administration rounds.
Ensure fluid and nutrition were offered and taken.
Perform several asceptic procedures.
Obtain 8 different blood samples.
Measure and record 6 patients' vital signs.
Write it all down in their records.

Even gave someone a sneaky 10 second hug.

Oh and properly buggered my back!!!!!!
