Let's go fly a kite...........

I am still not feeling very well, and I have no energy whatsoever, which really isn't like me. J thought it would be a good idea to go for a drive, so we went to Porthcawl and actually got a place to park on the front. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, and I did get out of the car for a bit of fresh air . I wasn't out long, and couldn't wait to come home. We can just about make out the Heritage Coast in the background. I have even cancelled the gym appointment for tomorrow, now that is so not me. It's much cooler today, and we didn't have the heavy rain and thunderstorms that they forecast, although I'm rather glad about that.
