Mexican Sunflower

I’m sharing a photo of a Tithonia , a stunning Mexican sunflower. It’s probably feeling quite at home in SW Scotland with all the hot summer weather we’ve been having.
I had an lovely initial consultation with Mel , from ‘More Organised ‘ this morning. Mel is going to help me to change the dining room work space into a pleasant usable environment. It’s a big thing for me to ask for help in this way. I’ve been a person who holds onto things habitually. So this process will take some determined effort.
I joined a Vishoka meditation practice on Zoom early evening led by a local yoga teacher friend Susan. I’ve not long finished reading the book on the practice so it was good to be taught it by someone trained to do so.
I popped round to see my Mum later , bringing her some shopping. Her flat was like a sauna even with the windows open.
