Summer pudding

We had an old Danish friend over for lunch today - our first indoor get-together since Covid started. Like us, Hanne is feeling disoriented and anxious about being human fodder for Johnson's herd immunity experiment.

On the positive side, this was an opportunity to pick soft fruit in the garden and make summer pudding. Simple pleasures.
