The heatwave continues......

Had a lunch date today with Maeve, two hours of chat, most enjoyable.  So sorry Pat cannot join us as she is in hospital, and we are anxious about the outcome for her.

After lunch met up with the HG and we did our weekly food shop, so fridge well stocked up now.

Had a doorstop chat with a neighbour who is experiencing difficulty with an unwell husband...... he fell the full way downstairs the other day.  We discussed how we could help in future.

This Japanese Anemone would seems to be a good choice today for Flower Friday.
