Falkirk Wheel

A very warm sunny day

After dropping off our Son and his family in Glasgow so that they can start their walk on the the West Highland Way, we stayed in Falkirk for a couple of nights. We visited the Falkirk Wheel and took a Canal Boat sail after having been raised to a higher level by the Wheel. This is a world first design and is breathtaking in its simplicity.
