...we sent a few as little Xmas presents, so hope they are all doing well too...

Much toing and froing on the WhatsApp groups as Roy has been updating people throughout the day. With a fair wind and a following sea, I should be able to pick him up later this evening ( he has to keep reassuring them that his BP is normally around 120/70, and his resting heart rate is 65-70 as they expect it to be much higher as he's over 70! )
