End of Day

I started the day with a visit to the dentist. A filling to be placed, root canal and a temporary crown was expected. Once the filling was done and the root canal started, the crack in the tooth made it unstable for the crown, so out the tooth came! An implant will follow in three months.

Luckily it is the lower back tooth so the "hole" won't be so noticeable. The rest of the day was pretty low key, with the numbness wearing off and the pain being more noticeable. Ice helped that situation quite a bit.

I had a good chat with Laura, sharing her good news about her son. So happy to hear that with all they have been through. 

We had quite the wind storm, a bit of thunder, lightening and rain with the culmination of this rainbow as the sun was going down. The light was so strange. If you look closely there is a second rainbow trying very hard to appear.

I am grateful I had a good night sleep with just one wake up for pain meds.
