Wet snow

It is one of those days when the weather can't quite decide whether to snow or rain so is going for both. I'm told it is worse in land but here it is just miserable.

Office hens decided that sheltering under the bench is the best thing to do with the day.

Got sports physio tonight. I have always gone through sport without needing one but just getting my knee checked out pre the marathon in less than 4 weeks. Been off it for 2 weeks but that is mainly because of having the flu and it does seem more normal but does also feel wrong still. Wonder what they will tell me. I am worried they will say not to run and I am desperately trying to get a sub 3hr one in pre my 40th.
