Summer festival

Today is the start of a long weekend and the city is hosting a summer festival in the park. Much more low key than in previous years, but it was nice to be out in the fresh air.

Tasty Indian lunch with my lovely friend followed by an afternoon in the park. In the evening it was pleasant enough to relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and a book. The woofer has enjoyed an ice cube made with the left over chicken broth after I’d boiled some up for his dinner. Spoilt! Much? ;)
