WARTS AND ALL

It was overcast and cooler all day - the sun struggled to come through the cloud this morning then gave up the attempt. It was definitely still warm enough to sit outside for coffee in Celia's garden, though. I walked through the park on my way there and spotted this very warty holly tree, and it's the only photo I got today.

I went to pick up a couple of things at the supermarket later and saw no trace of empty shelves or panic buying.

The roofer didn't turn up again. A showery weekend is looming closer.
