Sword fight

Xander and Lincoln cycled their bikes today to the picnic park. I pushed the double buggy in this insane heat. ( I'm sure it's the heat from the after world that's spewing up into this world ). Nana and grandad watched three of the Wildlings at the park while I took Xander for his eye appointment. He did so well. He's gutted that he doesn't need glasses. Mr R met us after as he had his eye appointment yesterday and he needs glasses. So he wanted my opinion on what suits him. 

When we came home my friend and her son came round for a play and stayed for a early dinner. It was good to catch up. She's coming paddle boarding on Sunday too. I'm trying to be good food wise so I can have a takeaway then. I had a midweek weight in this morning and that's me lost a stone . I feel quite pleased so far. 

It's been another scorcher of a day so the Wildlings are getting chucked in the bath soon.
