Just what I needed

Bought this yesterday ready for the Green Gym session this morning.  Filled with iced water (had to melt the ice cubes to a smaller size to go through the neck) it was just what I needed.  We were tidying the beds around the clock tower in New Bradwell.  The Italian owner of the fish and chip shop across the road brought us all iced cans and bottles of drinks because he could see how hot we were.  Such a kind gesture.
I came home and had a long cool shower and every item of clothing was put in the wash and out on the line within an hour! Even washed my sun hat!
