Spaghetti alle zucchine

Two kind friends, both keen gardeners,  gave us some freshly picked courgettes. Yellow and green.
 
Today’s dish is spaghetti with lightly fried courgettes, mint from our own garden, lemon zest and juice.
 
It was delicious, noting that freshly picked produce is hard to beat.
