Lochs Fynest...

Called into Tarbert last week, I wanted some pics for a street view I may put together for a diorama.  (I've studied Inveraray but it's just not quirky enough for my purpose).  Anyway, we went into The Deli on Campbeltown Road and bought some sandwiches for a snack on the way down to Campbeltown that afternoon.  If you've not tried this little sandwich shop I'd say you're missing something special, we had the most succulent, sumptuous sweet ham salad bunsl!  In the chiller they had a piece of Skipness Roasted Loch Fyne salmon - and I couldn't resist it!  

I've got a zoom meeting early tonight so today we had a late lunch/early dinner and the piece de resistance was duo of Scottish Salmon, poached and smoked roasted, fresh beans and carrots and new potatoes.  Oh and of course there was the obligatory morsel of butter.
