Pleasant valley sunday

No, it is Monday in reality.

Went walking up the "side valley" starting/ending beside the hotel. After about 500m, there was a boom shutting the road from cars, and indicating that there would be a cafe-restaurant at 500 m distance. This is taken backwards towards our point of departure, at least 2 km from the hotel, and 1.5 km from the boom (by the way, nice marker poles alonside the road as you can see). Decided to continue as at least 10 other people had been walking ahead on the road in that direction. Finally came to the promised cafe-restaurant, after 1.5 h of walkin (ok I stopped to take photos quite often, but still). Perhaps they thought that giving the right distance would be bad for business?

Never mind, it was a marvellous walking tour although the clouds hid the sun soon after the blip. And in total about 3 hours walking today, which made wonders to the sore muscles after yesterday's skiing.
