In the Pink
Here’s a couple of sunrise swimmers on a peculiarly pink morning.
We’ve had some lovely winter’s days recently with light winds and top temps around 19-20c. Early mornings have been pretty cool around 10.
The sea is still about 20 degrees, but I bet these swimmers went a bit bluey-pink once they got out of the water!
Cultural footnote:
Most Queenslanders seem to think water freezes at 10c!
The locals keep saying ‘it’s freezing’ - as they get around in their ski jackets and woollen hats!
