I went for a 6km run up to Norland Moor and back at 07:20 this morning. Although it was overcast and slightly cooler at 17ºC the humidity was approaching 90% so it felt as though I had been in a sauna (see extra).

I had a good productive day working from home

The heather is beginning to look good in places.
