Scenario Planning

For my record...an improvised sketch to show how great unknowns re how the world might look like 25 years time can be ranked and used to created scenarios for which we have to plan. The top two dimensions, here, are the degree to which artifical intelligence will rule the world (1 being very dominant and 5 being not much), and the second is the degree to which customisation of everything will be demanded by and made possible for the consumer (same scale). An interesting exercise being done by the team I facilitate on an IESE program for one of the world's great conglomerates.
