Flitting About

Another early morning bike ride to avoid the heat. There was cloud cover until after lunch which helped keep the temperature down. However when it eventually burnt off it was scorching.

We took Jet to Dalby for a short walk and in the shade. Thank you for your well wishes for Jet. He seems to be recovering well. The vet rang to ask how he was doing. Richard complained that the hospital didn’t check on him!

Whilst in Dalby we diverted to a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust site. Lots of wildflowers and butterflies. Spent a fair bit of time chasing butterflies. Liked this Marble White and the Green Fritillary in the extra.
