Dear Friends

This is Sue and Martyn who I have not know for so many years but have because very good and understanding friends.

They are down in Cornwall to see other friends too and have been spending the day with me. 

This afternoon they have left me to have a rest while they have gone for a swim. 

So Lovely to see them.
