Pesky but Beautiful

B showed me the best spots for photographing butterflies in Holt Country Park this morning.  As well as the green-veined white and the White Admiral (extra) we also saw Silver-Washed Fritillaries (which, try as I might, I just couldn't seem to capture an image of).
Having looked in my butterfly book, it seems White Admirals are not very common at all, mostly found in large woods especially in Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey. North Norfolk and a small area in Lincolnshire seems to be as far north as they range.  I certainly hadn't seen one before.

I find butterflies one of the most difficult subjects to capture, the pesky little creatures just won't keep still!
