the first smattering of rain for what felt like an eternity, not enough and too warm, evaporating almost as soon as it touched the skin...  the drought in the south continuing, sun moon lake almost dry and water rationing brought in around some cities in the centre and south while fields dry up and there's a sudden shortage of oranges..
