Trinket Box in a reflective mood

This lovely box was given to me as a belated birthday present by an old friend when I met her for lunch last week. It has a ceramic tile on the top which features this lovely little bird. Now I just have to find trinkets that are special enough to keep inside it. The background is a bokeh effect that I made myself using one of the hologram cards I bought at the garden centre the other day. Then, just to 'jazz' it up a bit I've added a reflection... I've been trying to work out if this reflection could actually be recreated in the real world - I'm still not sure. Any thoughts?
