Wild Life

I decided to take the camera down to the barn this morning to take a picture of the barn swallow babies: we had a first hatch about 3 weeks ago, but one morning we found the nest broken and empty.  Not sure what happened to them, probably a snake, but we were really upset about it.  This week I realized that we have a second hatch in another nest: it is at least 3 babies if not 4.  On my way to the barn, this guy was comfortably eating the grass: it shows that Mr. Jones is not around any longer.
