Fleet Half Marathon

Thankfully only the last 100m (& the field where the bag drop off, toilets etc were) was like this. The rest all on roads. A good HM with a good course and good crowd support. And a 7 min pb :-)
I was always going to get a pb as I knew I was a fair bit faster and fitter than last year and had hoped for a minute or 2 faster but overall I'm pretty happy. And aching.
