Oh sweet and lovely wall

We were looking for a walk in a new part of Harris and went over to Scalpey which is an island just off Tarbert,  approachable now by bridge.  We walked out to a lighthouse,  Eilean Glas and found it surrounded by a rather fine wall. No idea what they were trying to keep in or out or whether it was one of those Sunday projects I imagine lighthouse keepers have.  

Here is Sarah just before she and Xtoph went over the top on the return to base whereas we, because I’d twisted my ankle yesterday, went back on the road.  

Walked 10 miles today though.
