Hazel Hedge Butterflies
A very hot day. A red admiral and a comma settled on me, probably attracted by my sweat.
A comma was patrolling his hazel hedge territory. Unlike the fluttering gatekeepers, meadow browns and ringlets he was darting about like a jet fighter repelling all. I saw him chase a dragonfly off. My images are of him (extras) and a gatekeeper peering down on me from the hedge.
