Red and White Currants

I posted a picture of my Gooseberries a few days ago: looks like I've got good crops of the currants this year as well (one bush of each) I freeze them on the strigs and when I want to use them, the currants come off the strigs easy as pie when frozen I like to mix in a few with a bowl of porridge for breakfast - they defrost straight away in the hot cereal!
