The lavender is looking great at the front, the French lavender (bunny ears) has finished in the back. The bees love it.
I think of Jeanie sat watching the bees in her wheelchair, when her words had disappeared, but she would point at them and sometimes manage a “look”.
Such a hot day, work, then a walk to Jean’s, trying to stay in the shade as I had some frozen yoghurt and fruit purée lollies in my bag, that I heavily wrapped in bubble wrap. They were just about frozen when I arrived, and went down very well!
Her sheets dried in less than 20 minutes on the line. I taught her how to turn her fan on.
Then back home to see Selena off to Dorset and then the Peak District in the camper van tomorrow.
It was so hot I didn’t go to bed too early.
