Hosta Flower

We are still suffering enjoying the hot and sunny weather. After going to a funeral this morning I decided we should walk to our local garden centre for lunch. I needed to make sure I got enough steps in today as I was slightly under target yesterday. It also meant that I didn't have to think about what to have for lunch.  We sat outside in the shade and were entertained by 4 ladies at a nearby table. They were very loud and I'm sure they didn't realise we were listening to them - we had no choice!

I didn't want to spend long finding a blip and this hosta is in a shady corner. It has quite a few flowers to come but this is the first of this year's crop.
