Almost Like......

...... another birthday.

Although Mia had her main present from us yesterday.  I still like to give her a present or two, so that we can see her unwrap them.

I gave her a Barbie doll and an Ariel doll that changes colour in water.

When we went to the park later, I asked her which present she liked best.

I expected her to say the dolls house, but she said,

'The Ariel doll.'

'Why's that I asked?'

'Because I've wanted it for ages.  Every time we went to the shops Mummy said I couldn't have it.  And now I've got one.'

So glad I bought it for her.  I wondered why she gave me a certain look when she opened it.

As the morning went on, Mia seemed to become unwell.  She was restless and really teary.  Apparently, she had earache yesterday.

So we sat and watched Cinderella.

She dunked rich tea biscuits in my tea.  And perked up a bit.

I'm taking her to the doctors tomorrow, as she's had a cough for ages and just can't seem to get rid of it.

The extra is Isabella (obvious;y!) watching her sister opening her presents.
