It is unbearably hot, we don’t have Aircon here in our homes… There are always a few days in the year when it’s a total nightmare. Walked to the post office popped into the park. Did some recording, had a meeting about a course I’m writing. Had to go downstairs for about 4 o’clock because I literally couldn’t bear the heat.
