Early allotment trip

I was up early and out before the heat set in.  I wanted to get to the allotment and dig out my onions as the pumpkins need more room.  It was hard work and I only did half but we should be okay for onions for a while.  I have no idea why I planted so many!  

Back home I pottered in the garden but it was very warm.  Our new neighbours came around in the evening for a glass of four of wine.  After they left we had some dinner in the garden and finished the (third) open bottle of wine.  I did not feel great after that... maybe it was the heat rather than the wine...
