As much as I live joyously, there is always a sadness there too. They live hand in hand. That's just how it has to be and I'm cool with that.
Tonight was my last grief counselling session and I'm truly grateful for having had Tim help me navigate some of the complexities of my grieving - everything has a beginning and and end and that journey ended at 17:20pm.
